I was highly satisfied with the customer service provided by the sales associates Cali and Carly. They had a great and friendly personality and were very knowledgeable about the products sold in the store. They also helped my mother and sister design our bracelets perfectly and made wonderful recommendations that helped our bracelets look amazing in the end. This was my first bracelet and I was very pleased with the experience and end result.

The saleswoman who assisted me was very helpful and extremely friendly. She explained the difference between all of the bracelet types and which was the most ideal for the amount of charm I wished to get in the future. She explained everything to me from caring for the bracelets and charms, upkeeping it, and how to use my Pandora account/information at any participating store in the future. She did all of this and did not rush to help another customer or urge us to buy anything, but rather listened to what I wanted and delivered with a sunny disposition.
