I was highly satisfied as exchange was a breeze, smooth transaction, no long waiting. I was greeted as soon as I stepped in store got my bracelet exchanged for a different size and charms put back in place as also picked up a two tone bracelet that was ordered for me as the store was out of my size on a previous shopping. Bought charms for that as well, thanks to the sales rep that helped me make the right decision on the charms. Overall was very pleased and will always go back and will recommend to others
