As soon as I walked in the store the sales associate stopped what she was doing and wanted to help me. She was doing some charm arrangements at the time I entered the store and she made a point to acknowledge that I had entered the store. She was very knowledgeable about the collection I inquired about. The store also had the bracelet I wanted to purchase. She handled the transaction professionally and she was very pleasant while I was deciding on what I want to purchase. To top it off, her suggestions made all the difference. I'm very pleased with my purchase and my experience in this particular store.

Your sales lady, Pam, was most helpful and friendly. Despite the store being crowded Christmas Eve, she took time and we did not feel rushed in any way. She also helped my wife find a bracelet that she had been looking for since our trip to Italy. Nice lady!
