The Associate Callie was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the products being offered. A very good representative of the company, who explained the importance of how to care for the products. It was quite refreshing to see the enthusiasm being shown to us as customers.

The problem was not related with the associate. The merchandise was not available in the tone of rose gold (which is my favorite tone of jewelry). I suggest you make more jewelry available in the tone of rose gold. Also the prices are a little too high. They should be a little more affortable and people will shop more frequently. Thank you.
