This is my first time in a Pandora Store. My mother loves these charms and I had no idea what to get her until I had been reminded about these charms for her bracelet. I saw the store while on vacation in Fort Lauderdale and the staff helped me find a piece my mother absolutely loved!

We are always welcomed when walking in to the store by our names and they make us feel part of the Pandora family. If we ever have an issue it’s always taken care of no matter what. And I never feel rushed
