Very friendly staff, enthusiastic about helping, offer valuable suggestions and options, more available choices than other local stores. I did notice that once I got out In Natural lighting the bright pink charm was really a dull pink, so the lighting really distort the colors, other than that, it was a great experience.

The representative was friendly and professional. A was able to purchase a charm that I had been seeking for a while but wasn't available in other stores.

She was very patient and helped me find items I liked and was nice enough to put my new charms on my bracelets. She told me about the special sale going on in-store, and I was very excited about that! And I actually bought several additional items than I anticipated.
