Got gift for mom it didn’t fit we were returning she got right size. She had problems getting bracelet open with nails lady helped her & I bought tool to help her open with long nails. Affordable!!

The sales representative was very knowledgeable i really like the way she try to satisfied my needs in picking the charms I just didn’t like how she was very pushy telling me what to buy instead of what I like . I think she was forcing the old merchandise that sold the least. But her sales techniques is great ! Very friendly I must say . Just don’t be too pushy when dealing with customers

Would have like to see more black stones in the collection or more simple designs in silver with a small stone.Rings I liked were not available in the metal choice I would have liked. So I did not buy them.

The way that the manager talk to people Who is going to spend a los of money its not correct

First I love pandora! But the sale person Angel was rushing me so bad I feel uncomfortable. He have of no idea where anything was probably he is new. he definitely need a lot more training.I move to the other side of the counter to see something else he told me you need to stay in this side. I said you know what just charge me, I’m done!
