I went to get a personal bracelet for my girlfriend as a token of my affection, I enjoyed the visit. I think they were very nice and attentive. The first woman I started working with could have been new because she was fumbling with the jewelry opening, clasp titles and pricing. She was assisted and everything went smooth. I was looking for a all rose Gold bangle style but ended up choosing some pieces for a non desired bracelet (because they didn't carry the one I wanted) oh well she loves it anyway, so thank you

Unfortunately I had to have my bracelet cut off. I only had it for a year and the store my aunt purchased from didn't advise her the lock charm I had can fuse together after extended wear

ITS THE BOXES I DID NOT RECEIVE FOR EACH CHARM. The salesperson was fantastic but commented I would be getting boxes and they the charms were for gifts. The free bracelet was wonderfull.

Sales associate didn’t inform that today was a promotion for a free braclet with a $125 purchase.

I wanted my bracelet cleaned & they said no due to covid not sure what covid has to do with cleaning jewelry

I was hoping for more charms selection that I seen online versus in the store but my experience was good Jennifer was a great sales person She made me feel welcome so I will definitely Be coming back
