There was a much broader selection in charms & bracelets at the store that I did not have the option to choose online. Would have just purchased a preloaded bracelet from the store. Better value in my opinion

Was very satisfied

I went in to purchase a new snake bracelet and some charms. I noticed there was a defect in the bracelet once I had gotten home. My charms from my old bracelet, that had broken, and my new charm were not sliding on to the new bracelet that I had just purchased. I went to return the bracelet the following day and I was given a new one. My other issue is that the store was EMPTY. It was myself, my friend & one other customer. I needed my grandma's bracelet cleaned & was told to bring it back on the 7th.

There was some concern about the item being return. Really loved the piece but the necklace was to small. Thought I could just exchange the necklace for a longer length. Then what I wanted to exchange the necklace for was not available.

There was a waiting line to be able to see a sales representative. This caused a delay in getting merchandise. More sales representatives are recommended.

I thought when I did the survey that I checked that I was highly satisfied! If I did not, I intended to? I received excellent service at this particular store! But, I do seem to have the worst experience online shopping?

They were very nice I work at a pandora back home and they were great! I found my account so I can keep my stuff together!

I am very happy with my pandora bracelets. All 3 are different and special! One is the "friends" bracelet, one is het "my family" bracelet and the last one is my goldrose bracelet.

I believe there should be a better way of keeping the charms organized. Maybe by theme, colors, etc. It seems as if I was randomly browsing from tray to tray.

It was a great experience. There just wasnt alot of charms to choose from but I understand alot of items sold out because of the holiday.
