My overall experience was good. Usually when I visit it’s busy and mostly the employees don’t greet. The reason I’m not highly satisfied is because I was being helped by the store manager and she decided to help someone else while she was with me and didn’t properly excuse herself. The sales associate that ended up helping me was very kind, had a lot of product knowledge/suggestions, and enjoys what she does.

I don’t like the system of signing in and then having your name yelled out when it’s your turn.

I was not able to get more than 1 bag for all the Christmas gifts that I purchased.

The manager was rude

It seem she was rushing me and I still wanted to purchase more items. Also I was reading a last session catalog and the price had changed on the item I was looking at. The sales person had the attitude that I was not going to purchase it because of the price. That really offended me.

Friendly services I didn't had to wait long

All items were not on display and the sales rep had to keep pulling trays out and I would see new things not originally on display that I liked but would have missed out on if the rep had not pulled certain trays out. I felt a bit rushed and wanted to browse a little more but I felt as though I needed to just pick something instead of taking my time. The was helpful and slightly nice.

I didn’t receive my bracelet in a box like every one else the associate let me try it on and I decided to purchase it but I never received a bag or even a box for safe keeping just a receipt

The charms I wanted no longer available The charms I wanted was not in stock at that store

The only reason I was not Highly satisfied is because the associate forgot to give me a box to keep my ring in. I did wear it out of the store but I wish I would have gotten a box so when I am not wearing it I can store it in there. Everything else about my experience was excellent.
