The employees are fake she was showing me charms and turning around like hurry up the manager is kind of rude to bad is the closest store to my home and I always end up buying there

The bracelet that I purchased very stiff in your arms when you put it on.

I think that the show of items should be shown more and not stacked on cases. I also feel that the store should be more spacious. I also think that the gold items should be placed in it's own locations.

It was quite busy and not to much staff.

The associates were pretty nice and helpful. The store was beautiful and make you feel welcome.

I had to work with the persons who I felt like the last time was not customer service friendly.And it surprising that no one has reached out to me in regards to my complaint .As you see Im in the store frequently and intend on purchasing more charms for my bracket and I will be purchasing rose gold bracelet as well .

The ring I got is beautiful, however the associates did not make the experience the same. The whole time, I could feel their tension and tell they believed that they knew better than the other. All three of them were looking for the same ring saying things like “it’s literally in the display” and “do you need ME to open it? It was a stressful and uncomfortable environment to be in for a customer.
