I came in to pickup an order and I wanted to buy addl items and if felt negate I asked for sale items I was rushed. I was told I can't return the owned but I found wayyy better items online for less money.

The 3 sales associates were at front counter talking and on computer-but only 1 acknowledged me. She had very long nails which made it difficult to show me pieces. Pleasant but was annoying how she couldn't show pieces or on of the others should have helped as was the ONLY customer for the 20 min I was there.

Purchase online but they don't even send boxes anymore as when you purchase it in the store satisfied with the jewelry but not with the packaging very low quality.

The store was clean, the merchandise beautiful as usual, but the assistant was not friendly at all, maybe because it was an exchange, I felt like she was hurried, not helpful at all, besides the thing that I asked her if she spoke Spanish and she told she didn’t but her accent was obvious, I’m foreign and prefer speaking in Spanish

The section was highly limited. The sales associate did not ask what type of charms I was looking for. As a first time buyer I expected more information or feedback.

I normally shop at this store with no problem, and everyone is normally so polite. The sales associate which helped me today seemed somewhat condescending. I cam in to the store knowing exactly what I wanted and knowing that the charms I was buying were for 2 different bracelets, as I own both and they were both on my wrist. When it was time to pay I advised the associate I would be paying with a card. I handed her my card after she asked for my phone number which all my information came up in the system. She looked at the card then asked for my id. Even though the system clearly showed all of my information including my address. Lastly most times the associates ask if I would like the charms put on my bracelets even when the store is busy. The store was not busy and the associates did not ask. She just wrapped them up and put them in the bag, which was fine, by this time I was ready to go.

Sales lady was nice and very helpful but I stopped by the day before and there was another associate that kept stepping on her toes and talking over her, I did not buy anything that day and came back next day so I could deal with just my original sales lady

Sales person did not speak unless I asked her a question, and just checked me out with my purchase. At most other Pandora locations , the associates are friendlier and always ask how they can help find what you need. This associate just checked me out.

I had to wait to be serviced. The sales associate had a problem taking the bracelet off my wrist. A ring I received for my birthday was discolored in a matter of weeks, and I was told it wasn’t covered under warranty.
