Did not have the item I was seeking at this location. Nothing against this store, just would think a Florida store would have the Florida charm.

I was not satisfied because,the saleswoman didn't show me any charms in the store, she was waiting for me to tell her a charm that I wanted. After a lot of struggle I finally found the charms that I wanted. Also at the checkout she refused to give me a bag. I choose 5 charm for 5 different people, the saleswoman did not want to wrap one by one she wanted to wrap all the charm in just one small bag! For a store like Pandora I was treated very very poorly. I had to complain a lot of times to her, and only when I got angry she gave me 5 small bags for each charm. I don't think was necessary for a client to go through that. By the way the store that I went to is located at Galeria Mall, Fort Lauderdale, Florida day 05/15/2028 - 3pm

The line moved very slowly. More associates were needed inside the store.

The manager of the store was very rude I felt that if a question was asked the manager she be willing to listen and not just be rude about it

The attendance told me that all the products has a discount, when I tell her that I would like to buy and she told me that the rings didnt have discount. Disaster!

My daughter purchased a ring for my Christmas gift , it was a little big . I did not have time to return it right away, when I do decided to exchange the I was told they could not take because it was scratched I did not wear the ring long enough to scratched it.

I was the only customer two people work I wasn’t greeted and it took her 10 mins to stop what she was doing to help me and the charms is over priced

My bracelet was thrown in a plan box. My bracelet looks defected and dirty.

The associate was not friendly. Very dry personality that did not extend her knowledge outside of what I asked for. She couldn’t even find what I was looking for. After the other associates found it and I purchased it she didn’t even ask if I wanted her to put it on my bracelet. The other girls did when they saw me struggling.

I did not like being charged $60.00 extra for using my credit card.What is the difference. From using a debit card or a charge card from the same company(visa)?I won’t shop here again!!!!
