I convinced my dad to visit this store for the first time to purchase a gift for my step moms birthday. The associate was not friendly and neither was the other associate who was just sitting on a stool at the front door staring at us the whole time. The associate who was helping us demanded an ID for a $112 credit card purchase which my dad had left his ID in his car. Never in my or his life had I ever been asked for an ID for such a small purchase especially at the mall and after expressing this to the associate she did nothing to resolve the issue. Rather than make my dad walk all the way back to the parking garage I used my own credit card with my ID to purchase the gift. Definitely not a smooth transaction and super negative experience from the staff. Wouldn't ever return or buy anything from you guys again considering the merchandise isn't that unique

My boyfriend bought me a ring back in December 22, he was told if anything happened he can go to any Pandora and they can help him with it..a month later on Jan 30 one of the stones fell out, he went to a pandora store near to us they switched out no problem. Yesterday March 11th same thing happened one of the stones came out so we went to a Pandora store and this was actually the original store he purchased it at, we showed them the replacement receipt and said you have to go back to the store you bought it at to do the warranty. When we told them we were told we can do the warranty anywhere they said that’s not the case because some stores are privately owned. We then proceeded to tell them that we bought the ring at this location originally. So then they made us put our info In their system to find our receipt and they proceeded to switch it out. Overall experience was not good and the quality of the ring is horrible. The fact that every month I’m most likely going to have to get a replacement is crazy to me and what happens when the warranty is over then you guys won’t replace it ?

I bought charms with my mom and tried to return a wrong bracelet and the woman said I have to go back to Boca Raton Locarion. She doesn’t care about my problem. Boca Raton (Town Center) is the best Pandora.

I was looking for charms to put in a necklace. The selection of items was extremely limited. The sales clerk was unenthusiastic. She could have made suggestions but didn't. Maybe she was having a bad day. Did not feel welcome in the store. Personnel could use some training on friendliness.

I've bought a lot of items from Pandora and it is the worst store to go in and buy something. The service is extremely slow, the merchandise is not organized (bracelets, necklaces) and the check out is archaic. I went to the store on Black Friday, had to wait 30 mins for service (I was the 7th person in line) and another 30 mins to finally complete my purchase (I knew exactly what I wanted). The salesperson had to sift through a big unorganized box of Reflections bracelets (3 colors, 3 sizes) to try and find the color/size I needed. Ridiculous. On the busiest shopping day of the year, there were already none of the most popular size. Why wouldn't your stock up the store before the holidays? I had to wait while she went through every single display rack looking for a size. I think the most irrational thing about Pandora is the check out. First it has to be hand written on a sales sheet then manually typed onto a tablet to check out. No wonder it takes FOREVER to buy something. Update your checkout and come into the 21st century please. Love your products but hate the experience of buying them.

I went to this pandora store that is 45 minutes away from my house to exchange a ring that I originally bought there because the sales associate gave me the wrong size. All I asked was to just switch the ring to a larger size since I just bought the ring there within the last 30 days but since I didn’t have the receipt, which I didn’t need the last time I had to exchange something there, the sales associate got very nasty and quick to move onto the next person. So now I can’t even wear the ring I spent $50 on.

My purchase was a gift... asked for it to be gift wrapped and it wasn’t ... didn’t notice until it was time to give to person receiveing it!!
