Did not know the item I wanted and told me I could return my bracelet to any pandora store for refund which is untrue

They don't offer to clean your bracelets. Their excuse is that they don't have a machine which is not good customer service especially if that's what gets your customer in the door.

The promotion announced to the custerners was not available. The associate couldn’t care less

Charm had a price on it for $40. When the associate scanned it the price was $50. Felt like I should've got it for the lower ticket price.

I went into the store to purchase a ring which I had lost earlier that day so I already knew what I was looking for prior to entering the store. I needed the ring in size 8 and after the sales associate rushing me and giving an attitude, I told her I needed the ring in a size 8 and then the sales associate proceeds to tell me that they do not carry a size 8. I was very confused as the ring I lost earlier that day was indeed a size 8. I tried asking the sales associate if they just did not have a size 8 in stock and she continued to say they do not carry a size 8. The word carry is very different from the word in stock.

Justice D. At the Ft Lauderdale Galleria Mall was very rude. I had a very unpleasant experience. She did not seem like she wanted to be there nor want to do her job. Not happy with service will never come back nor refer anyone.

I visited the store today to buy my mother-in-law a charm and a gift certificate for her birthday. I was "assisted" by Aviva. From the moment I walked into the store I felt super uncomfortable and discriminated. I asked for a gift certificate and Aviva was offering me a return receipt...why? She then proceeded to ask me for my address I would have gladly provided it to her but she was extremely rude. She was definitely bothered by my visit; as if I was an inconvenience to her. I only got the gift certificate and got out of there as soon as I could. Aviva's lack of soft skills and basic customer service have left a bad and long lasting impression. I love to gift my friends and family with Pandora jewellery super fun and cute. However; I will make it very clear to my friends and family to NEVER visit this store...ever! Super rude and distasteful. I am embarrassed no one is ever treated the way I was treated by your reps again. I am very disappointed and suggest this store goes through some sort of soft skills training.

Both sale person didn't make me feel welcome. They said hello and keep doing what they were doing. One was rude. I had to say can i get some help please

I purchased a charm on line during this crisis and wanted to exchange it for another one I liked better(never used) and store owner would not do exchange, not HER policy. Had to purchase other charm and told me to return on line. Never go back to galleria pandora in ft Lauderdale again. Rude, worst customer service ever experienced!
