Carly who said she was a manager at store number 0121 Fort Lauderdale FL associate number 158962 refused to exchange a Bracelet that was purchased as a Christmas gift damaged. When it was purchased they said we had a 30 day return policy if there was any issue at all. Now the policy “changed” I purchased another so I could have an undamaged bracelet and she gave me a used without tag bracelet. I had to ask for yet another and very carefully inspect it. This store is committing fraud and selling damaged items and we will be filing a formal complaint. I want to be refunded for my original damaged bracelet. Let me start with I work in retail so I understand Black Friday is a mess but as a HUGE company organization is key! The wait about 1hr mind you I knew what I wanted the whole time and I told them that. There was a gentleman who came in after us put his name down with the lady at the front but somehow because he knew someone there he got out before all of us. Not fair at all. So waiting an hour to get serviced in 2 minutes because as I repeat I knew what I wanted.. but then to wait like 30 mins in line to get charged... that’s ridiculous. In the aventura store you get helped and that associate immediately charges you after you’re done that way you don’t loose business because of the waiting. When I went to Puerto Rico it was super busy but it was in an out I was just very annoyed and dissatisfied with this visit! And to top it off it was SUPER hot no AC in the store they had a fan by the register and that’s it.. very upset

I buy online a bracelet and went to a store to change for a shorter one and the store tell me that isn’t possible because I buy online, I buy there 3 charms for different people and they (store) can’t give me 3 diferent gifts bags only 1 per sale

I waited 25 minutes to purchase the specific item I came in to buy and the checkout process took another 15 minutes.

I cannot tell what this survey is for. I went to return a charm with my receipt at the Pembroke Lakes Mall Pandora. I will never return to this store. They tried to say I wasn't allowed to return the charm there because I'd purchased it in Ft. Lauderdale; it took going through 2 "managers" and my threat as an attorney when looking at the receipt and the on-line return information, that it does not say it has to be returned to the same store, for them to process. The 2 salespeople stood there staring at me and inspecting the charm (which I had purchased the day before and my daughter changed her mind) as if it were damaged. So unbelievably unprofessional and rude, I don't imagine I will be going back to any Pandora soon.

The customer service was very poor, I went to that store because I wanted to get the reflexión bracelet I went the aventura mall but they didn’t have my size , so I call and put it on hold,the customer service was whatever, I put the bracelet on and pay the girl just give me the receipt, I ask for box cause I like to rest my bracelet on it but she said she didn’t have one them I ask for a Pandora bag she said they out , wich I thick it was wierd but ok all I want was my bra that I drove 20 miles for it . Thanks

It was a poor experience. The person taking care of us, seemed to be under training. And the one who appeared to be the manager was little helpful, showing a bad attitude and very rude against the employee. Also the manager was making coments about being able to leave the store in time, as that was her priority. This location has become unbeareble to go to. Seems pandora has lost focus of what makes a business succesful. Is not just the shiny things, but the customer’s satisfaction and experience. If not for the sircumnstances, I would have left the store without buying a single item. I would not return here even if they give away the stuff for free.

I have made several purchases from this store. All other sales associates have been pleasant to interact with. However, every time I have had any interaction with Christina, she has always come across rude, standoff-ish and lacks interpersonal skills to be dealing with the public at a store such as Pandora.

Received pandora black leather bracelet as gift did not have receipt or gift receipt. I’ve worn maybe 3 times and the silver end that attaches to the pandora cuff came off. The sales rep went to get the store manager who told me she couldn’t exchange without receipt but maybe I could use crazy glue to repair. I then ask to purchase new one was told number 2 was out of stock which I do not have pandora jewelry had no interest in them was a gift. I told them I just need to purchase something that I can put these charms on no initiative from them I finally said give me the double leather with five spacers so I can leave. Brittany who seem uninterested in assisting me but had to because the other sales woman was new and unfamiliar with products or the ability to use the register. So I left pandora at the galleria mall in Fort Lauderdale completely disappointed after spending $233.20 all to get an exchange that did not take place so needlessly to say I will never purchase anything from Pandora again. Nor will I refer you to anyone. I will try the glue and post online for everyone’s future reference.
