I went back on behalf of my daughter who had purchased a Disney 100 charm but didn't receive the special offer box. Called to confirm about box. Soon as I entered store the associate apologized & went to get box. I asked about clips to separate a couple of charms. She brought out about 5. I fell in love with a circular rhinestone clip. It was on sale! Sold!

I like the agent who assist very nicely showing everything which I liked. After that also she was associating so well and brand itself is good
