Fantastic experience from the sales associate. But the instore selection was not as good as online. Wanted to check out a few charms I found online but not available for me to look at instore.

I was very fortunate to receive exemplary customer service at Pandora Oakville Place. Patrick went over and above to help me in a situation that could only be handled by a sales associate that is mindful of his customers needs. I am so grateful that the business owner and Patrick were very willing to help exchange an item for me. I found the charms I wanted to purchase. The staff are accommodating and friendly. Although there is one charm I plan to buy, the staff suggested the option to look for it.

The Manager Patrick is awesome!! He was friendly, knowledgeable and knows about all the products. There was something I wanted that was not in stock and he quickly gave me three more suggestions to choose from!

I had called during the day asking if possible to exchange item. The Sales Associate Patrick, was immediately willing to assist me. I let him know I would be in that same evening. Once I found him he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for me. I therefore spent more on some other items I had been looking at. He is polite, willing to help in any way, and very knowledgeable on the products sold. I enjoyed the experience very much and the bracelet exchanged now fits great, and looks great with new charms!
