The sales associate has knowledge but definitely lacked in personality. Did not suggest anything for what we said we were looking for

the person who helped me today was in training and was left alone to help me. She had 0 knowldge on anything in the store. we spent much more time than usually spent at pandora when we could have been done within half an hour. the lady that helped me didnt know prices and searched through a book half the time, and she didnt know what to do when we asked her any question.

Your return policy is terrible. My daughter received a gift (ring) which she did not care for - I returned it with gift receipt and got a store credit for her to use when she finds something else she likes. I was advised that she can only use it on full price items, even if there is a sale going on! This is outrageous - it’s her credit to spend as she wishes, why can she not benefit from a sale? Makes no sense and sounds illegal actually. Also I see on the store credit card that she can only use it at this one location. Why? What if they don’t have what she wants? Very restrictive and complicated return policy. Won’t buy gifts here In the future as don’t want my friends and family dealing with this nonsense if they don’t like the item I selected. You are supposed to be a quality store but your return policy makes you look like cheap, greedy scam-artists.

The sales associates were unbelievably rude. The one I dealt with did not even crack a smile once. She just glared at me and gave me one word answers when i asked a question. It was uncomfortable to even shop there. It was so bad my husband asked me if I wanted to leave.
