Sarah was very knowledgeable about the merchandise in the store. She helped me pick out a bracelet and charm when I had no idea what I wanted. This is a gift I know my wife is going to love!

Our salesperson was Richard. He absolutely went above and beyond in assisting us in buying birthday gifts for out daughter. He showed us multiple sizes and styles and never made us feel rushed. We also had to exchange a bracelet because of the size and he was very helpful in showing us the difference in sizes. Great representation for your company. I was very highly satisfied with my experience because the staff at the West Town Mall location is great! They have always greeted me everytime I walk in and each take the time to assist with any questions that my husband or I have to ask.

The store was extremely busy and multiple sales associates were trying to help me and other customers so there wouldn't be as long of a wait. I didn't mind different associates as they were able to give me different suggestions and help me make up my mind. Very satisfied.

Miranda, the sales associate that assisted me with my purchase, was incredibly kind, easy to talk to, knowledgeable about the products, and went out of her way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
