Pandora Jewelry

The necklace that I went to purchase was available. It was the last one and the sales associate went through great lengths to find it. She also helped me make up my mind about a third selection that I would return to purchase. She let me know the size and how many were left.

The lady was very sweet, and fast, I walked in and I immediately knew what I wanted but she was very patient with me while I tried on different size rings and she helped me pick the one to best fit

Sorry I don’t know the young ladies name but she has long hair. Super sweet and very helpful. I knew what I wanted and she was so pleasant and took her time. Will be back to shop with her!

My sales representative was excellent!!! I enjoyed working with him to make my gift selections. All of the staff were friendly and acted very professionally.

Returned to this store for them to take care of a veteran's discount that was not done correctly on a previous purchase. The staff was super helpful with resolving this and the store manager reached out to me via a phone call. They made me feel that I mattered to them and were quick to help. I needed a charm for my new grandson. Couldn’t find a similar charm to go with the charm I bought when my granddaughter was born. The clerk suggested maybe something new, so I bought the little boy and girl charms.

I was able to come into the store and was greeted upon entry. After about 3 minutes I had an associate helping me with a necklace that I've only had a picture of. She found the necklace within seconds and I was able checkout in a timely manner. I haven't been to Pandora in years. Probably 8 years but I will be back sooner. Thank you!
