Sometimes it’s the simplest of gestures that is worth shopping at a store; I love the fact that I couldn’t remember that I purchased a charm in the past and Pandora kept a record of all my purchases; even waking up to an email that says I LOVE YOU from a big company really started my day with a smile! My sales representative Virginia was so graceful and knowledgeable of everything; I am not from Knoxville TN; but I felt the warmth from her and the staff in the West Town Mall that makes me want to journey back very often!
