Sara & another Associate assisted me & were SO friendly & helpful. They corrected an online order that had been messed up & were SO kind while doing so. The kindness & friendliest they gave me was overwhelming since I was afraid I had lost the whole order previously placed & went out of their way to assist me, especially since I had been having a bad day & it TOTALLY turned the rest of my day around, just the kindness of 1 or 2 people can change a persons day & they don’t even know it. I was SO Blessed to have them wait on me, it changed the rest of my whole day!!!...

The minute I stepped into the store someone was right there, greeting me and asking me how they could help. Very friendly like always absolutely love going into the Pandora store.

The staff was super nice. We were kinda on a time limit and the staff moved quick. The prices and afterpay options were perfect for us today. 👌

There was a line outside the store but the woman at the door regularly communicated with all of us so it wasn't a problem. When I got to the door i was directed to a specific sales associate, was able to get my purchase made and was out the door in 15 mins! Great experience and lolvely gift.
