As I walked in there were 2 sales associates helping customers then a couple walked in behind me. As I stood there waiting another associate came out and asked another who she thought was next. The associate pointed to me but the couple said they were. Clearly by the man’s hat, I wasn’t the “kind” he liked as an African American. The other associate looked up and saw I was upset that the other associate started helping the couple because clearly I was next. She came right over after she was done with her customer and helped me. I appreciated her so very much. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the store. I purchased my 3 rings, charms and waited for my 2 full bracelets to be cleaned. It’s people like this young lady; Gia F in West Town Mall Knoxville, Tn that makes the world go round! She should be recognized and appreciated. Thank you

The engraving bar!!!!!!!!! I received a pandora bracelet from my husband on my birthday and loved it! Then, my mother in law got a James Avery bracelet and was able to customize her charms. I was jealous of hers because of that reason... We drove 4 hours to go to an engraving bar and I’m in LOVE!!!!!! I like the shine and sparkle of pandora but wanted customization like James Avery. Now I have my little girls name on my bracelet! Thank you!!! My only recommendation is to have engraving bars everywhere!!!! (Nashville at least)
