I shop at the West Town Mall location in Knoxville TN, and Brandi is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond customer service. She helped me this time with a damaged bracelet, replacing it with no hesitation. I always try to see her when I go in-which is very often! I love Pandora and Brandi!
