The rep was very helpful and transparent with how to maintain the jewelry. She was also very patient and wasn’t too pushy with trying to sell a product. She helped me replace a chain. 10/10 service.

I always know when I walk in the store and Sara is working that I will be greeted with a smile and she has a great knowledge of the products and has taken the time to remember what charms and bracelets I like and she is spot on when she recommends and shows me the products.
