The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. The store was clean and presentable. We were able to make our selection and pay for it within five minutes of entering the store.

Evelynn helped my mom pick out her bracelet. She also showed us the charms on sale. We will be back!

The COVID protocol is over the top stupid! I recently went to the Pigeon Forge store and had to wait outside in the cold for 20 mins b/c of it. Here in TN we aren't scared to be around each other over something that affect most like a common cold. Move on please!!!! Other than this I am highly satisfied with staff and purchases.

They took limiting the amount of customers very seriously. Very knowledgeable off the different Disney items I was looking for. The sales girl also told me to follow the store on Instagram so I know when new items are coming which is great!

I’ve been a customer at the location for almost 8 years and have never had a better experience anywhere than in this store. The staff far exceeds any expectations. Deanna has helped me through these years come up with many themed design bracelets and many other combinations. I recently have worked with Jared and he helped me with a special memory bracelet that included engraving. Couldn’t be more happy with this purchase. So to the entire staff at this Knoxville TN Pandora location, keep up the outstanding work.
