The service was very good and I love the merchandise. The employees greet you when you walk in and let you know their be with you shortly.

I had a bracelet that was broken. They replaced it even though i was a little over the time. Which meant everything to me cause my mom bought it for me and passed away 2 months later. Sentimental!!

The clerks were so willing to help me. I was looking for a certain thing and it has been retired. They told me about the outlet store which I did not know about. They cleaned some of my pieces of Pandora jewelry. I bought a ring. I was very pleased with my visit.

Welcomed into store. Found what I wanted. Associate was friendly and noticed my other Pandora pieces. Checked out quickly.

Walked in the both greeted me immediately helped me find what I needed was done within 10 minutes

Sales person was very friendly and helpful. Even though the charm I was looking for was our of stock I ended up purchasing two other charms.

My sales associate Sarah was great! Sarah was very knowledgeable and open about her own preferences after stating "this is about what you like". Her personal preferences helped me with understanding more about Pandora merchandise! Personal experiences are what makes one more comfortable and trusting with first time purchases.

The sales associate (Kylee) was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She was informative and patient as I made my selection, and made encouraging remarks about our plan to surprise my mom with a bracelet and variety of meanigful charms for her birthday. After leaving the store, I called to ask about the possibilty of getting additional wrapping paper for a previous purchase I had made elsewhere and she gladly had it prepared for me when I returned. I will definitely be using this location as my go-to store for future Pandora purchases.
