I was very happy with my pandora experience! The girl who helped me was so welcoming and sweet and made me feel so confident. The store was beautiful and clean.

It was Sunday afternoon! A good time to go! The associates were so nice. The one I had, it was her first day! They were both great!

The lady that served us was absolutely phenomenal! She was literally the sweetest being on the planet.. She was so helpful, and even more patient. It was my first time getting a pandora bracelet and she was more than happy to let me try multiple on until I found the perfect one for me. Also, she let me look at beads for like a hour and a half, and she never once got rude or agitated. She was more than happy to wait on me. She was going out of her way to help me and personally connect with me. She was an absolute darling! If I were to go back to any Pandora store ever, it will be in Knoxville mall, and specifically to her if she is working that day!
