The young lady I believe her name was Erryn not sure of the spelling was super sweet and professional. I accidentally dropped my bracelet in bleach water and she polished my bracelet back to looking new again.

Deana the store associate was very help. She took great deal of time with me. She made me feel special.

The store was easy to find. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and eager to help. The price was reasonable.

I purchased a ring a couple of months ago. It's a beautiful ring that I really love. I noticed one of the stones fell out. I went back to the store thinking it would be sent off for repair. I was greeted by two associates right away. I had forgotten my receipt, that was no problem at all. They found my transaction very quickly. The ring was replaced with a brand new one. I was in and out of the store very quickly. The service was wonderful with smiles and we'll wishes. I have never been treated better in a jewelry store! With such beautiful jewelry and absolutely awesome people, why would I ever want to go anywhere else?

The sales associate was very pleasant and nice! She was willing to get out as many rings as we wanted to look at!

A few weeks ago, I lost one of my Pandora rings and returned to the store this visit to purchase a replacement. I was greeted by an associate named Bridget. I explained to her that I lost one of my rings and wanted to buy the exact same one. I didn’t see it in the display case, and started explaining what it looked like to her. All I had to say was herring bone and beaded and she walked to the case and immediately found the exact ring I was looking for. She was so kind and her knowledge of the store and the stock was incredible! I was in and out after purchasing my replacement ring within 15 minutes.

The store was very clean and everyone welcomed me as I enter. She was very polite and knowledgeable. She didn’t hesitate on demonstrating how the items would look on my bracelet.

Deana was very knowledgeable about the charms and very helpful about selecting one that looked great with my new necklace. She was very nice to work with!
