Pandora Jewelry

I am very pleased with the customer service I recieved today. I had a bracelet with the locet clasp that would not let me take off the bracelet. The ladies tried to get the locket open. They suggest they cut it off and replace with another bracelet. I did not expect that to happen. I have been a customer for years. I am happy customer service still exists at Pandora!

I had to process a return and was treated so kindly even though this was my first time. Everything was done in less than 20 minutes and I was also able to get a brand new pair of earrings.

Need to have more tablets so that people dont have to wait inline outside the building then have to wait to complere their order due to not enough tablets
