The lady that helped me was very nice and patient with me while I was deciding on my purchase. She let me look at several items and let me take my time making my decision. She received a phone call while she was helping me and she didn't run of to take the phone call she stayed and helped me and then turned around and helped my daughter-inlaw with her purchase. I was amazed at how well she treated us. She was great.

The line to wait wasn't too long. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get my bracelet cleaned, but I understand since it was a holiday. The sales lady was very nice. I already knew what I wanted when I got there. I just showed her a picture and she immediately got it for me. There was another lady talking to my daughter, keeping her occupied, while I was purchasing the item.

The girl who assisted us was so pleasant! I had to bring my three very young kids with me. She was super nice about it and spoke to me about Mother’s Day, the charm etc. super friendly!
