Had to stand in line outside of store for about 20 minutes because of pandemic.

The associate that assisted me was super nice and patient with me. I came in for specific items and she knew exactly what I wanted.

The store was inviting and the associate Amanda was amazing. She helped me with picking out what I wanted for mom. She actually had the same necklace on that she recommended me. She was also training a new employee and handled it very awesome.

I told them what I was looking for & was directed to the area with a very nice young lady to help me with my choice

Amanda the store manager was GREAT!!! There needs to be more teacher charms with May 5-7 being teachers week.

sales clerks were friendly. countertops were clean. cases were arranged according to specific items such as earrings or rings

Bridget helped me today as she has many times in the past and as usual she was fabulous. She knows me end y likes and always can give me suggestions when I can’t make up my mind. Love this store and all associates. They all go above and beyond.

I always have a fine experience in your stores, however this past time I had the pleasure of being served by Sarah W. (No. 198733>), who was an utter delight. She was excited to help, had wonderful ideas, and was enthusiastic to ensure we found the right pieces. I ended up buying for my wife's birthday and Mother's Day at the same time. She was FABULOUS!
