When I walked in I was greeted. The clerk explained the charms in detail. She informed us of the promotion, which was super awesome. The store was super clean and sanitized.

My exchange was handle orderly and quickly. The associate found what I was looking for and fully assisted me.

My sales associate, Jared H. was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He was able to solve my problem so quickly I was amazed. I also wanted to purchase a new charm, and with just a few words from me he knew exactly what I wanted and where it was in the store.

Our sales associate Sara was extremely helpful and did not mind walking us around the store showing us what we needed. I personally have worked in a jewelry store myself and I compare her similar to how I would serve someone.

Assistants are all very friendly and know exactly what I am looking for. The ring styles are limited by size, but I found what I like. I wish there can be more options for one size.
