I had to return two rings because they were the wrong sizes. I was happy that one of the rings could be replaced with the right size and the other one was replaced with a similar ring for a bit more money.

My sales rep (Jared)was great he was very nice outgoing knew exactly what I wanted had a great personality I will definitely be back to get more jewelry from him I could not have asked for a better experience

The lady who helped me was very nice and knew all about the products and pricing. She also shared with me the fact that items have a one year warranty!

This pandora was extremely convenient to walk into and appropriately staffed. Much better than kay jewelry across the way. The gentlemen and women were extremely help and pulled out a bunch of rings for me and my girl to look at. Would recommend to any friends looking for a quality selection.

I was disappointed when I thought the ring I wanted was out of stock, but they checked the back and I was able to purchase. Outstanding costumer service I will tell my friends about.
