All of the associates were wonderful, patient and knowledgeable. Great recommendations as what goes what.

Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted by a sales associate. After telling her what I was looking for she assisted in all my needs. I finally decided I wanted to go with a ring instead of charms this visit and she was more then happy to assist me.

Jared (the Pandora Sales associate) was AMAZING! We had just happened to walk by and saw that Pandora has Star Wars charms. We walked in and Jared smiled huge and greeted us. He showed us exactly what we walked in to see. He pulled each of the charms out and showed us the features (moving arms of C3 PO, rotating head on BB8 etc etc). I choose the Star Wars bracelet and the Darth Vader charm. Jared got everything together and let me wear it out. He also suggested we check out a shop that we hadn’t been too a few doors down (which turned out to be just as awesome!) Jared treated us like we were old friends and in today’s society we need more of that!

Jared made the experience so wonderful. We absolutely love him! We will be back for sure, he is the best.

Brandy, my sales associate was SO nice throughout my visit with pandora she made me feel welcome in the store and showed me everything I was looking for, she helped me pick out three beautiful rings. Overall amazing service!!!
