We walked right in and there was a very Sweet associate standing there and she took excellent care of us. The store is lovely and my husband I had such a good time picking out charms For the bracelet he got me for Christmas.

I was very impressed with the customer service. Jodie was very helpful. Especially since I kept asking her to look at more charms and she had to keep changing trays. I love the selection of charms as well.

The sales lady was very helpful. She assisted me in finding exactly what I wanted it was not just about the sale to her she made sure I got exactly what I wanted

I am a newly wed and during my visit, the associate helped me not only pick out a perfect charm to represent my wedding day, but also provided me with an accent glass bead that I absolutely love. She even helped create a future look with another charm (bumble bee charm) that I will be returning this weekend for.

The customer service was beyond expecting. Leeann and Jared went above and beyond and helped me when another store for Pandora would not. They were so nice and welcoming!

I was greeted as soon as I entered into the store and I was immediately helped with my purchase for my wife's birthday present. All the merchandise looked great as it was presented and she was very helpful with the selection.
