The sales clerk was very knowledgeable and friendly. I knew what bracelet I wanted, but she showed me options to add to it and the different clasps and sizes. She told me how the charms and spacers worked. Everyone in the store was pleasant and helpful. I love the bracelet and all of the options.

Loved it at the Knoxville store the Chattanogga is not great

I live Knoxville and the Pandora store didn’t disappoint .. now the Chattanooga store is very different and changes need to be made their .. the mall store ..
