The sales associates seem to follow all COVID protocol (Wearing masks, cleaning jewelry). The associate was very knowledgeable about products. The sales associate was super friendly, overall a great experience that I haven’t t had in a store in a very long time!

Sarah was very easy to work with and she helped me with resizing of my bracelet.

The 2 women taking care of me , where very friendly, talked to me about what I was introduced in . And was willing to show me new things coming out over all they were amazing

Was greeted promptly upon entry to the store. The sales associate was very attentive to ask what I was shopping for, knowledgeable about those items & suggested other items that might be of interest. Have had sales associate assist me before & she is amazing!! Because of the reasons above, I purchased 2 items instead of just the one I went in for.
