Sales person was very knowledgeable & friendly & helpful.

I'm not new to Pandora as I have been doing business with the Knoxville store for years. Like the products, like the store, like the prices, like the associates, etc. etc...

Atnsley was a great help. She did great and was very patient with us. We ended up buying more things because of her great customer service.

I came into Pandora to buy a bracelet with charms, and a few rings. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Sarah. She was very sweet and helped me pick charms for my bracelet and match my new rings with them. Great experience overall 🙂

The worker was very nice. I was in and out pretty quick. I got what I wanted.

Needed a present for granddaughter for confirmation immediately. Ainsley readily offered 3 or 4 charm suggestions. Chose one and was very satisfied with entire experience

Customer service was great.

Sierra was extremely nice and helpful. I was very impressed with her. That’s how customer service is supposed to be. When I visited the store on 4/7/23 the sales associate acted like it was a burden to even greet me. Sierra was all smiles and super friendly. Much nicer experience with her!
