My Pandora purchases was through Amazon. My bracelet was to small a ring was to big and I received a charm instead of a ring I ordered and Pandora exchanged all pieces no questions asked.

The associate was very helpful in suggesting and choosing charms from the available section and giving ordering options to suit my personality and lifestyle.

The young that help me was very nice and knowledgeable and knew what I was looking for and she showed me several items that was on line! That was not in the store.

The customer service was exceptional they did not give me any problems with having a return they immediately took care of my situation

The sales lead, Bridget, was phenomenal. I had a terrible experience with your Customer Service line over the span of a couple weeks and Bridget made it all better. As I told her, Bridget was the only reason my faith/interest was restored in Pandora jewelry.

Sales associate was pleasant

The associate was very friendly and helpful! She explained to me what she could and couldn’t do to me help me and got it done quickly! She also was very helpful when I asked to look at a few different items, and she suggested what I actually ended up purchasing.

They were ver knowledgeable about the products. If they didn’t know the price they didn’t just guess they went and looked. The associates were very nice.

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable of the merchandise.
