Pandora is always my go to store based off of the selection of Disney merchandise. The friendly service is always the cherry on top. The 50% off sale also made my purchase affordable.

I simply took my bracelet with charms in to be cleaned ....Ireland was very helpful...explained a few things to me...cleaned my bracelet...and I bought a cleaning kit.

I had been looking for a charm for a very long time and I was presented with it as soon as I entered the store. They had recently got it in and it made my day!! I had shopped some other things as well but it made me smile more than anything had in the past month or so!! Never been happier to visit a store!

Sales associates were friendly and professional. One charm I was looking for was not available. The sales associate included the charm in a custom order.
