They always have the items I was looking for. All of the associate were friendly and welcoming. They let me take time to try on the items and consider the purchase. At the same time, they have good knowlege of their product.

I enjoyed interacting with the staff about how I am collecting Disney Pandora pieces. The associate I enjoyed talking with and I was offered a cleaning on my bracelet to have it sparkle for my up coming birthday. I was wondering about how to better take care of my glass like charms and was offered a cleaning cloth for future up keep. I was very happy and left the store in a more happier mood than when I came in which I am always excited to add new charms to my ever growing collection!
