The sales associate was very helpful. The store was quite busy but the sales associate did not rush me through my purchases. Overall atmosphere in the store was very pleasant.

All the staff had cheerful attitudes, smiles and welcoming as we entered the store. I had a booklet with what I wanted and the lady was more the knowledgeable on the items I as looking to purchase this day. The return policy was explained as well and that was a good thing. It was buy one get one free and that was a huge benefit as we had the free (or reduced) bracelets last Christmas and I plan to buy Pandora each year. Only wish that I had a Merry Christmas to me. I have done most of my shopping on line as most stores lack any Christmas spirit or say Seasons Greeting.

I was highly satisfied with this Pandora experience because of Eowyn, your sales representative. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the products and extremely patient when I took my time to pick which products I wished to purchase, and especially when I changed my mind several times with the earrings I eventually chose for my daughter's birthday present. She opened various cases to ensure I had seen all options and let me know what the newest products were. I felt she took extra time to ensure I was happy with my purchase. As no time did I feel rushed or that she was getting impatient. She also assisted me by looking up previous purchases and ensured I purchased the correct ring size for another daughter's gift. I truly appreciated her good service.
