THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO PANDORA AND AS COMPARE TO OTHER STORE LIKE BEN MOSS I FEEL LIKE LITTLE LESS SATISFY THAN OTHERS BUT PRODUCT THAT I WAS LOOKINF I LOVED IT.

Highly recommend pandora, I was highly satisfied with how friendly the associates were how clean the store was and just overall how they protected us by implementing social distancing guidelines.

Sales associate was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Took her time assisting us and we did not feel rushed. KUDOS to Anmol D.

the knowledge of thge products was satisfactory and all though I likje the products sometimes the quality doesnt hold up

This is the second time I visit Pandora store so I didn't know about the final sale regulation. The seller asked me if I want to wear the charm right away or not, I said it's ok I would wear it. I thought it was just a nice gesture that she helped me. However, after I paid money, she said because I worn the charm so it is a final sale. I would not return the charm anyway but it would be much better if she warned me in advanced that it would be final sale if I worn the charm. Somehow I felt like I was a tricked so that she could sell the product.

Jessica showed me lots of charms and was very helpful. This is my first Pandora purchase and I would be happy to go back to the store and look around some more.

There were at least 2 beads not available. The bead I purchased was expensive. The salesperson was too chatty:-)

I felt the sales associate was slightly pushy and kept trying to upsell me on items even when I told her what I was looking for
