I have no complaints about my Pandora experience. I found what I wanted and in my size. Also it was cheaper than I excepted so over all I am very happy with my purchase! Thank you Pandora team for the awesome help and getting what I need! :)

The first sales associate that I dealt with was very new and did not know what I was asking for - which is understandable for someone new.

The sales associates at this location are routinely rude and snobby unless I arrive with both my full pandora bracelets and pandora necklace and all my other jewelery. I am treated much better and mire swiftly than when I arrive without looking like I can affird to be there.

I went to exchange my gift bracelet which was a size 3, for a different size and was told immediately, without checking that the store didn't have the size I wanted which was a 2. I was told I definitely wouldn't fit a 1 and the only 2 they had was one with sparkly ends and cost $55.00 more. The associate showed me that one and I asked to see the size 1 too, which in fact, did fit me. While all this was going on, another girl found a size 2 like the one I was exchanging in the drawer which I ended up getting. I felt the sales girl who was helping me was too pushy in not a nice way.

My 15$ coupon was rejected for some reason I've purchased substantial amounts of merchandise from that store so I was hoping for more fair service

The clerk that helped me was lovely and actually had just finished up with other customers. The three associates who were not helping customers were pretty terrible. I visibly walked around the store looking confused and NOT ONE did I have an associate ask if I needed help. Two of the three avoided eye contact completely and one associate who did bother to look at me, didn't smile, didn't offer her help, but just walked away. The clerk who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. This is likely the reason she was one of the only associates in the store who actually had customers. Honestly, I wanted to leave because it had been very long time since I entered the store, circled multiple times, looked at all of the displays, and still hadn't been offered help, but this is the closest Pandora to me and I don't have time to go elsewhere. For the price that's charged, you'd think the overall customer service would be better. I work in retail and I know it's stressful, but it was not busy and this was bad customer service. Being ignored made me want to spend my money elsewhere and I still kind of wish I hadn't bought anything.

There were a few charms not available at the store. There was a ring not available in my size. I had to wait a few minutes for a sales associate to finish with another customer

Great time shopping at Pandora. The store needs more stock but I was able to find alternatives with the help of Nadia :)

The sales associate we felt did not want to be there or help us pick out what we were looking for. Jessica acted like she wanted us to just leave and not purchase anything. We usually have amazing service and we were disappointed with this visit.
