The associate had no ideaof the item requested I informed the associate of product number She did not even have the right book to look up items I went online prior to visiting thr store Her knowledge of Pandora credit was inaccurate Also he explanation of charges was inaccurate The associte had to constanly as store manager for help

They didn't give me more option to choose from.. I need to asked salesclerk to show me more of the item but still give me 1 item..

Too many people were waiting fir help. No real way to tell which person was next. Then the sales lady made a list of names on a pad of paper. Anyone new coming in to the store may not know this and be unaware of list. Felt better after she made list cause some lady was trying to bud in before me & couldn’t

I have to wait for like 20 mins before being served. There are like 3 or 4 sales associates behind the till which I think they should be serving the customers who were waiting to be served like me.

I went to purchase charm for my wife based on recommendation and warm experience from yesterday and I’m absolutely shocked how different service I’ve received at the same store !! I don’t think that I’ll ever go there again ! Very unprofessional !! My wife’s father just passed away and she’s in bad place right so I was hoping to get her something to put a smile on her face but that was a failure .... I hope that you don’t treat everybody like I was treated today :(
