Sale was on disney charms! The experience of the pandora representative Anmol was very great at the product knowledge. Service was friendly and great!

Decided to stop in the see if there were available items in store, as online items I wanted were sold out. staff members were prompt in greeting me and helpful. the staff were patient, friendly & helpful with the two Items I did purchase. I did want two other items, but they were not in stock today- but when shipment arrives i'll be returning to the store. The store was clean and very presentable,Overall, happy customer.

Its not my first time visiting, its easy every time. Sales team is very nice and accommodating. Caitlyn is very knowledgable and informative about the products.

Sydney was very helpful. I liked that there was a 30% off tray at this location that other locations do not have. I was happy with my visit.

The rep was friendly and helpful, pointed out additional ideas and helped me with a potential Pandora ring purchase. I have been to this store in the past and have been ignored so it was a nice change to be met with a smile and great service.

The Sales Associate, Caitlyn, was friendly and helpful, she recommended many charms to me based on my request to see specific charms I came in to see and what I had on my bracelet. She offered to clean my bracelet and charms and put my new charms onto my bracelet. The charms came out looking brand new and she even hand cleaned a few of my charms that couldn't go in the machine. She was personable and professional and it may for a nice shopping experience. She also gave me a sneak peek of the new charms that will be coming out for winter, from her master book. This make me very excited.
