As soon as I walk into store I was welcome with smile. The sales associate Raisa A. Was so friendly and helpful with my purchase. She made my birthday present purchase a wonderful experience.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Jennifer, sales person no. 111473. I had anxiety because I have never purchased a ring or any jewelry before. Jennifer was so helpful. She didn’t make me feel guilty for not buying the matching necklace where as I usually would, I’m not good in those situations. She knew exactly what I wanted from my little knowledge. I said “uhh…silver..red heart..size 5.” and she pulled the ring right out and walked me through the whole process. I would choose her every single time as my sales person for jewelry I may buy in the future for my family and girlfriend. I am so happy with my purchase.

Greeted by associate right away. Replaced my gifted bracelet given to me by my daughter for my birthday and recommended jewelry that I needed in order to keep the bracelet from being damaged.

I was actually very lost on what to gift my girlfriend. I explained to Jennifer that I bought my girlfriend in the past a charm bracelet and that every month I usually go to Pandora and get her a charm. But this time I wanted a charm that mean something new to us that represents a baby. Jennifer was very helpful and kind enough to walk me throughout the charms and showed me one that has a baby pacifier. That was very kind of her. She also encourage me to open a credit card and I was very happy that I did. I Honestly didn't know Pandora even had a credit card. Thank you so much for everything.
