Ive never been to Pandora so wasnt sure of the selection but the sales lady explained everything from the bracelet to the charms the cleaning process the payment and got us a discount/deal which was appreciated and went smoother than expected as someone that never went to pandora before

Even though it is Christmas time and there were many people shopping, there was a line at this particular store. I waited approximately 10 minutes to get in the store, which was not bad considering the time of year. Once in knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase, I was in and out in less than 10 Minutes thanks to knowledge of the salesperson locating what I came for. Very PROFESSIONAL!!!
